  1. d) Applicant data privacy
    Game Over Ltd collects and processes personal data of job applicants for the handling of the application procedure. The processing may be carried out electronically, particularly when an applicant submits application documents electronically to Game Over LTD, e.g. via email or a web form on the website. If Cocoon concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the submitted data will be saved in compliance with legal regulations. If no employment contract is concluded, the application documents will be deleted automatically 6 months after the denial of the applicant, provided that the deletion is not in conflict with other legitimate interests of Game Over.
  2. f) Prize games
    When offering prize games, we store your data so that we can contact you if you were to win. Once the prize game has ended, that is, as soon as the prizes have been delivered to the winners, we instantly delete your data after the four-week storage. You are at liberty to decide on our prize games and the respective data transfer.
    If you have submitted personal data to us you may withdraw your consent at any given time and request its deletion; we will then delete your data immediately. Should we be required by law to store your data, the data will not be deleted but protected, i.e. it remains on our systems but we neither process nor use it.
